COSMOTE Global Solutions NV in Belgium is seeking a Test Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts that ensure software quality and reliability across products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust automation strategies, improve frameworks, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, using Java, Python, and Selenium in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in testing or related IT field.
• Solid knowledge of testing frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Python, Selenium.
• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, Maven.
• XML & SQL knowledge.
• UAT orchestration familiarity.
• Proficiency in English (C1) and working knowledge of French (B2).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain automated test suites for various applications.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define test strategies.
• Enhance test automation frameworks and tools to improve coverage and reliability.
• Report and document test outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to automation best practices.
