Ayesa Digital is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join an international EU project. You will design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web applications and digital services, ensuring robust coverage.

Collaborate with development and business teams across Europe, define test strategies, and promote scalable, reusable automation architectures to improve software quality and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in software testing and test automation.
• Ability to translate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and risks into test strategies.
• Experience designing scalable and reusable test automation architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional level English for international teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web applications and digital services.
• Define and implement comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases from requirements and risks.
• Apply test design techniques considering application characteristics and risks.
• Balance manual vs. automated testing to optimize business impact and risk.
• Create scalable, reusable automation architectures and promote consistency across solutions.
• Analyse test results to identify defects, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, risks, tests, results and defects.
• Collaborate with development, business, and technical teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.
• Document strategies, automation solutions, results, and key decisions.
