growwithstow is looking for a technical-commercial lead in Spiere-Helkijn, Belgium. You will engage directly with clients to drive complex steel construction projects, optimizing solutions and leading offers from conception to contract signature.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 8–10+ years of experience in technical sales or project engineering. A competitive salary with benefits such as a company car and meal vouchers is offered.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in structural engineering, technical sales, or project engineering.
• Proven track record on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset.
