Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior program leader to steer governance for IT, OT, and IoT asset management within a stringent compliance framework.

You will coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and platform teams to improve asset visibility and align with international security standards. This role requires English fluency and native-level French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management.
• 5+ years of PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, HAM and SAM modules.
• 3+ years of experience in Risk Management and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Experience in OT and IoT asset management and governance.
• CMDB modeling and integration of authentic asset discovery sources.
• Experience defining asset taxonomy, mandatory attributes, and governance rules.
• Fluent in English with a native level of French or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead project committees with detailed progress reporting and governance recommendations.

Nice to Haves
