Job summary

Technology & Risk Recruitment is partnering with a client to recruit a ServiceNow Asset Management Consultant to support development and governance of IT, OT and IoT asset management capabilities within a hybrid setup. You will work with infrastructure, OT and cybersecurity stakeholders to improve asset visibility and governance while aligning with cybersecurity objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB governance.
• Understanding of IT asset management processes and asset lifecycle governance.
• Experience coordinating asset inventories, data quality, ownership models and governance frameworks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams of technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk management and cybersecurity governance.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or NIS2 requirements.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Fluency in French or Dutch, together with English.
• Availability to work onsite in Brussels three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, visibility and governance of IT, OT and IoT assets.
• Define and maintain the Asset Management roadmap with stakeholders.
• Coordinate Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Asset Management and ServiceNow teams.
• Improve CMDB data quality and asset repositories.
• Identify asset ownership, accountability and responsibilities.
• Contribute to asset taxonomy, attributes and governance standards.
• Identify gaps in asset visibility and remediation actions.
• Coordinate integration of discovery tools and authoritative sources into ServiceNow.
• Align with NIS2 requirements and internal cybersecurity policies.
• Define and monitor indicators for inventory quality and coverage.
• Track programme risks, dependencies and remediation plans.
• Lead project meetings and steering committees.
• Produce governance updates and stakeholder recommendations.

Role: ServiceNow Asset Management Consultant

Working arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite

Languages: French or Dutch, plus English

TRR is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced ServiceNow Asset Management Consultant to support the development and governance of IT, OT and IoT asset management capabilities. This role will combine ServiceNow asset management expertise with asset governance, CMDB data quality, cybersecurity alignment and programme coordination. You will work closely with infrastructure, operational technology, cybersecurity, business and technical stakeholders to improve asset visibility, ownership, inventory accuracy and governance across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working across both technical and business teams, translating asset management requirements into practical improvements and ensuring that governance arrangements support the organisation's wider cybersecurity and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage activities relating to the inventory, visibility and governance of IT, OT and IoT assets.
• Define and maintain the Asset Management roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Asset Management and ServiceNow teams.
• Improve the quality, completeness and reliability of CMDB data and asset repositories.
• Identify and formalise asset ownership, accountability and associated responsibilities.
• Contribute to the definition of asset taxonomy, mandatory attributes and governance standards.
• Identify gaps in asset visibility and inventory coverage, recommending and coordinating remediation actions.
• Coordinate the integration of discovery tools and authoritative asset inventory sources into ServiceNow.
• Support alignment with NIS2 requirements and internal cybersecurity policies.
• Define and monitor indicators relating to inventory quality, completeness and coverage.
• Track programme risks, dependencies, actions and remediation plans.
• Prepare and lead project meetings and steering committees.
• Produce progress reports, governance updates and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required skills and experience

• Strong experience with ServiceNow, ideally within IT Asset Management and/or CMDB governance.
• Understanding of IT asset management processes and asset lifecycle governance.
• Experience working with asset inventories, data quality, ownership models and governance frameworks.
• Ability to gather, document and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of risk management and cybersecurity governance.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or NIS2 requirements.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Professional fluency in French or Dutch, together with English.
• Availability to work onsite in Brussels three days per week.
