Goodman Group is seeking a Technical Development Manager to drive technical due diligence, lead the design of new buildings (including datacenters and logistics), and manage end-to-end construction and permitting processes. You will coordinate with customers, architects, and contractors while advancing energy-related projects across our Belgian operations.

Qualifications

• Master degree in civil engineering or equivalent with experience in large-scale construction/MEP projects.
• 5+ years managing, advising or engineering complex construction or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and/or electrical installations for complex MEP projects.
• Experience with power, energy or utility projects is a plus; familiarity with local permitting regulations in Flanders is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assess technical potential of landbank opportunities.
• Perform technical/environmental due diligences on brownfield sites.
• Lead technical design of new building concepts (e.g., datacenters, multi-level logistics).
• Lead building and MEP design process with architects, advisors and stakeholders.
• Drive permitting process and supervise documentation with local authorities.
• Lead contractor tendering, contract negotiation, and end-to-end construction management.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and cost estimates for commercial use.
• Support power/energy works including grid connections and energy infrastructure rollout.
