Itineris is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to drive the architecture and integration strategy for UMAX, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure. You will translate business needs into scalable, innovative solutions and lead architectural decisions across delivery and pre-sales.

Fluent Dutch and English are required, with 15+ years in IT including 5+ years in a technical architect role. This role offers hybrid work in a fast-growing, international environment with clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• a master’s degree in applied informatics or equivalent through experience
• 15+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role
• proven expertise in Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure) and enterprise integration patterns
• experience in software product development and methodologies (SDLC, Agile, DevOps)
• Fluent Dutch and English
• ability to define and implement technology strategies that drive scalability, reusability, and innovation
• experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and Delivery teams
• strong client-facing skills, able to communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences
• ability to shape a long-term technical product vision aligned with business strategy
• a proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Responsabilités

• define and document the technical architecture of the UMAX solution, leveraging modern Microsoft and Azure technologies
• capture, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into innovative, high-quality solutions
• architect proofs of concept (POCs) to validate new technologies or architectural approaches
• provide technical leadership and support during pre-sales, RFP development, and client solution design
• own the infrastructure and interface components of commercial proposals, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery
• serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, showcasing UMAX’s adaptability and evolution with future technologies
• act as QA and escalation point for project regarding technical challenges during project delivery
• partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure consistent technical execution across projects
• maintain and share knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and integration best practices
• coach and guide internal consultants and colleagues (functional and technical) to build architectural capability
• define the long-term technical product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• distill complex architectural topics into clear, essential messages for client leadership

As our Senior Technical Architect, you are responsible for defining, validating, and evolving the overall architecture and integrations of UMAX, ensuring alignment between product innovation, client needs, and emerging technologies.

• define and document the technical architecture of the UMAX solution, leveraging modern Microsoft and Azure technologies
