Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks three Senior Technical Project Managers to autonomously lead a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects with strong technical, security, and transformation components. This consultancy assignment is at a client site and represents Keystone Solutions.

You will manage the full lifecycle, mobilize teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure clear client communication under the consultancy model.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in managing complex and large-scale technical projects.
Mastery of timelines, budget, scope, quality, risks, and governance.
Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Methodical, autonomous, and results-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; knowledge of ITIL and PRINCE2.
Assets: experience with G-Cloud, social security, healthcare, or public services.
Fluent in French or Dutch with an active knowledge of the other national language.

Responsabilités

Lead the complete project lifecycle: scoping, approach planning, scenarios, scheduling, budgeting, scope, quality, risks, reporting.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and arbitrate priorities.
Mobilize teams and ensure clear communication with clients, partners, technical teams, operations, and governance.
Work under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.
