ICF is seeking a Team Leader to manage the DG INTPA G2 contract, ensuring high quality Policy Forum on Development consultations and outputs. You will coordinate experts, guide activity development, and facilitate meetings with civil society, foundations and local authorities within EU external policy contexts.

The role requires 7+ years in EU external policies, 2+ assignments as team leader, and strong English plus French or Spanish language skills.

Qualifications

• Master or equivalent in political science, international relations, international law, social sciences, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in facilitation and multi-stakeholder consultations.
• 3+ years drafting reports, policy papers, background documents.
• C1 in English and C1 in another language (French or Spanish) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team of international experts and manage the contract for DG INTPA G2.
• Coordinate and supervise both Key and Non‑Key Experts to deliver high-quality PFD consultations and outputs.
• Facilitate PFD meetings and ensure follow‑up actions and documentation.
• Advise on activities and contribute to study designs, concept notes, and policy background papers.
