Grant Thornton Belgium seeks a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead complex financial transactions, M&A strategies, and business transformations for diverse clients. You will drive due diligence, valuations, and financing processes, coach teams, and help shape the TAS practice while engaging with C-level stakeholders across industries.

Fluency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French, and a strong commercial sense are essential to spotting opportunities and delivering

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant Transaction Advisory Services or similar experience.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French.
Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities.
Excellent analytical skills and leadership experience.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end due diligence for M&A and refinancing projects with focus on financial analysis, risk assessment and value creation.
Act as trusted advisor to clients and support critical strategic and financial decisions.
Oversee and review valuations of companies and business units.
Structure and manage complex acquisition and financing processes.
Coach, mentor and develop team members for high performance and collaboration.
Drive business development by strengthening client relationships and expanding the network.
Contribute to strategic growth and positioning of the TAS practice.
