As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will turn R&D concepts into reliable machine solutions, leading design, installation and testing of sorting systems while guiding cross-disciplinary teams to implement innovative optical and sensor technologies.

You will align technology with product requirements and travel internationally.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics or related scientific discipline.
• Experience leading technically complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience bringing multidisciplinary teams together to achieve objectives.
• Experience in automation, sorting machines, vision systems, photonics, optics or spectroscopy.
• Proficiency in data analysis, programming or modelling tools such as Python or MATLAB.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and quality teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, installation and testing of sorting machines.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering disciplines for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Support development of optical systems and sensor technologies.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions balancing performance, cost and reliability.
• Drive scalable engineering approaches using modular building blocks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance across projects and operations.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align technology with product requirements.
