Job summary

NTek Software Solutions in Brussels seeks an experienced System Architect to define and drive technology strategy across multiple development squads in the telecommunications sector. You will lead architectural standards, mentor engineers, and ensure secure, scalable designs using Java, Spring, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

The role blends strategic guidance with hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and collaboration with stakeholders to shape the technology roadmap and accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in Java software engineering and system/application architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems and design patterns.
• Experience defining architectural principles, integration guidelines, and technical standards.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, GitHub, version control, and automation.
• Experience with cloud environments and container platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Ability to provide hands-on technical support and guide development teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
