Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant with a focus on M&A and Commercial Due Diligence in Bruxelles, Belgium. You will lead high-impact projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and shape growth strategies for clients across industries.

With 3–6 years' experience, you’ll conduct market assessments, build financial models, and present insights to investors and executives. The role offers a fast-growing scale-up environment and opportunities to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with strong academic results in Business Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market assessments, business plans, or financial modelling.

Responsabilités

• Leading client interviews to understand needs, business models, and ambitions.
• Conducting commercial due diligence to assess market potential and growth opportunities.
• Supporting private equity and corporate clients with investment theses, strategic reviews, and value-creation plans.
• Building dashboards, reports, and financial models for clarity and decision-making.
• Screening markets and identifying opportunities for organic or inorganic growth.
• Designing and implementing improved business processes and services.
• Taking the lead on internal initiatives supporting sustainable growth.
