Artefact Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant – Strategy & Data/AI to help clients navigate strategic challenges at the intersection of business and technology. With 2–4 years of consulting experience and a dual focus on strategy and data, you will guide AI transformations and digital roadmaps from Brussels.

You will work with senior stakeholders, lead client engagements, and contribute to new service offerings while collaborating across Artefact’s global network.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker capable of operating at C-level and turning ambiguity into actionable insights.
• Data-savvy consultant curious about AI technologies and eager to grow in data/AI.
• Proven ability to lead client projects, manage scope, and guide technical teams toward business outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategy development with client leadership to address high-stakes questions.
• Break down complex problems using structured frameworks and Artefact’s AI capabilities.
• Deliver end-to-end engagements from hypothesis framing to roadmaps and governance.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships across the client org.
• Contribute to growth by shaping offerings and supporting business development.
• Publish insights and participate in industry events to position Artefact Belgium.
