GAMING1 seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Operations team within the Platform Engineering branch. You will shape reliability capabilities, build self-service tooling, and collaborate with product engineering to run scalable, reliable applications.

You will mentor the team, improve incident response practices, and promote blameless post-mortems. The role is remote within the EU with occasional travel to Liege every six weeks.

Responsabilités

• Owns design, implementation, and improvement of observability, alerting, and incident management capabilities.
• Drives adoption of reliability practices across Product Engineering teams to enable autonomous operations.
• Mentors Reliability Operations team members through pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Leads incident management improvements, runbooks, and post-incident reviews to reduce MTTR.
