Médiane Benelux is seeking a skilled Software Leader to drive development of advanced software for tomorrow's transportation systems, especially in the ATO domain. You will guide a team of developers, shape software specifications with system experts, and contribute to C++ applications on Linux using Docker and WSL.

The role requires leadership experience, strong problem solving, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, Industrial).
• At least 3 years of software development with C++ and/or Linux.
• Experience in technical leadership or team management.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of developers, ensuring growth and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with system experts to define software specifications in evolving contexts.
• Contribute to C++ application-level development on Linux using Docker/WSL.
• Oversee source code management, delivery timelines, release planning and documentation.
• Contribute to integration and clean software release processes.
