Médiane Benelux is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to the development of innovative railway systems and embedded software. You will design, implement and test software components in C/C++, C# and Python, collaborating with hardware and test teams.

We value a Master’s degree or engineering degree in IT/CS/Electronics, up to 15 years of experience, and hands-on knowledge of Git/GitLab, Docker and Embedded Linux. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Competenze

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
• Medior to Senior profile with up to 15 years of experience in software development.
• Good knowledge of C++ and/or C#, as well as Python.
• Knowledge of Git, GitLab and software configuration management.
• Experience in a regulated or critical environment such as railway, aerospace, defense or medical is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Docker, network communication protocols and Embedded Linux is a plus.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the definition of software specifications and technical design.
• Develop software components mainly in C/C++, C# and Python.
• Perform unit, integration and validation testing.
• Support integration between software and hardware components.
• Work closely with Software, Hardware and Test teams.
• Use and maintain development and configuration tools with Git / GitLab.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and tools.
