Flosum is seeking a senior engineering leader to own the technical architecture across Salesforce and Node.js systems. You will drive end-to-end delivery, mentor developers, and ensure high-performance outputs while collaborating with the CEO and leadership team on strategic priorities.

You will manage and guide engineers directly, making final technical decisions to keep execution unblocked, and ensure a structured, accountable engineering environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Salesforce experience at the architecture level.
• Proven experience as a technical architect.
• Strong hands-on Node.js experience in production systems.
• Experience managing developers and being accountable for delivery.
• Ability to design and own end-to-end system architecture.
• Strong ownership mindset with focus on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture decisions across Salesforce and Node.js systems.
• End-to-end ownership of development execution and delivery.
• Manage and improve performance of developers with accountability for output.
• Drive development velocity and remove bottlenecks.
• Establish engineering standards and accountability.
• Ramp and train Node.js developers into Salesforce (1-2 month ramp).
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on priorities and execution.
• Provide hands-on guidance and technical oversight.
