Cegeka in Belgium is seeking a Security Solution Architect to turn complex requirements into secure, scalable architectures. You are a senior, customer-facing technical authority responsible for architecture decisions from discovery to delivery, guiding projects and providing implementation guidance within the Security & Networking Architecture team.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience designing and delivering enterprise security solutions.
• Deep expertise in at least one security domain (IT/OT protection, cloud security, SOC and exposure management, identity security, or data security).
• Broad understanding of networking, infrastructure, cloud, applications, identity, data, security operations, and integration.
• Ability to produce and govern high-level designs and review detailed designs, implementation plans and operational documentation.
• Experience supporting dedicated presales teams with architecture inputs, effort estimates, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
• Strong architectural thinking, technical leadership, consulting, communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; vendor certifications and additional languages are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery, architecture workshops and technical decision forums to clarify requirements, constraints, dependencies and risks.
• Define target architectures, principles, standards, patterns, high-level designs and implementation guidance for secure, resilient and operable solutions.
• Act as design authority, governing design decisions, reviewing solution artefacts and managing exceptions and technical debt.
• Guide engineering and project teams through implementation, validate detailed designs and runbooks, resolve architectural issues and align with approved design.
• Identify and treat security, integration, technology and operational risks using security-by-design and defence-in-depth principles.
