Devoteam is seeking a Digital Identity Security Architect who partners with clients during pre-sales and discovery to shape identity ecosystems. You will bridge business risk with technical security, designing scalable, resilient solutions and aligning them with client goals.

The role emphasizes business interaction, architecture leadership, and hands-on selection of platforms such as Ping Identity, Azure AD, and CyberArk. Strong communication to C-level stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a technical Engineering field.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity Strategy or IAM Architecture with background in pre-sales or client-facing advisory.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols and Token Exchange / JIT Provisioning.
• Practical application of NIST 800-63 or ISO 27001 from a technical control perspective.
• Languages: English, Dutch, and French (trilingual).
• Ability to sell technical security concepts to C-level stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Lead Architect are highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Pre-sales & Business Interaction: lead client workshops and present technical solutions to secure buy-in.
• Technical Roadmap Design: architect long-term visions for AM, IGA, and PAM.
• Architecture Advisory: evaluate and select enterprise-grade platforms (Ping Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk).
• Zero Trust Strategy: define standards for Conditional Access, Risk-Based Authentication, and Micro-segmentation.
• Protocol & Standard Selection: adopt OIDC, SAML, FIDO2, and OAuth2 to address auth challenges.
• Technical Risk Mitigation: translate requirements into controls to protect against credential stuffing and lateral movement.
