Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium seeks a Senior Scientist - Synthetics Chromatography to develop and validate LC-UV/MS methods, characterize products and ensure stability. You will drive innovations in a digitally enabled analytical lab while managing multiple projects and collaborating with API and drug product teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology or related field with at least 3 years experience.
• Masters in Chemistry or Biochemistry with at least 7 years experience.
• Experience in LC-UV/MS method development and validation.
• Knowledge of synthesis and drug formulation processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Execute analytical experiments: method development, validation, product characterization and stability testing, mainly LC with UV/MS.
• Initiate new scientific ideas and opportunities to build a digitally enabled analytical lab.
• Independently manage multiple projects: set priorities in line with objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues in other Analytical Development teams, API and Drug Product development.
