Johnson & Johnson Beerse location is seeking a Senior Scientist in Bio-conjugation within the CPRD Development Chemistry group. The role focuses on enzyme-based conjugation technologies, site-specific protein modification, and ADC design principles.

You will work with teams to advance synthetic methodologies for complex biologics and small molecules, contributing to bioconjugation projects and collaborations across disciplines.

Qualifications

• PhD, postdoctoral, or equivalent by research and development experience in organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in enzyme-based conjugation technologies and site-specific protein modification.
• Strong understanding of ADC design principles, including antibodies, linkers, payloads, and conjugation strategies.

Responsabilités

• Join CPRD Development Chemistry group as Sr. Scientist in bio-conjugation.
• Develop synthetic methodologies for small molecules, oligonucleotides, peptides and emerging modalities.
