asUgo is seeking a Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst to design and build CRM solutions that drive digital transformation across sectors. You will lead requirement workshops, translate insights into Salesforce solution designs, and hands-on declarative configurations across Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing clouds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery and functional consulting/declared build experience.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering workshops and translate insights into Salesforce designs.
• Fluency in Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and declarative configuration.

Responsabilités

• Lead client workshops and map end-to-end business processes.
• Translate needs into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create functional and solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Define data model, automation approach, and security strategy.
• Build declarative solutions: Flow, objects, fields, validation rules, approvals, Lightning pages, Sharing rules, reports.
• Coordinate with developers/architects for configuration vs development trade-offs.
• Provide training content and support adoption after go-live.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Contribute to reusable assets and delivery templates.
