asUgo is seeking a Functional Consultant to drive Salesforce-powered transformations across client organizations. You will gather requirements, translate them into practical Salesforce features, and guide clients from workshops to tested solutions.

You’ll create training materials, ensure data quality, and lead demonstrations for business teams, while fostering continuous innovation. The role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and a proactive mindset, with opportunities to work on international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willing to obtain within the first month).
• Client-oriented attitude, excellent communication (written and oral).
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Autonomy to handle tasks from requirement analysis to validation, within defined methods and frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, able to challenge the status quo.
• Interested in cloud platforms and data-powered digital transformation.
• Experience with agile delivery and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart).
• Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive and challenge business requirements gathering sessions.
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to transform requirements into Salesforce.com features.
• Advise clients on standard, AppExchange, or custom solutions for each requirement.
• Document user stories and own full lifecycle from workshop to tested, configured solution.
• Develop and maintain processes to monitor data quality.
• Create training material and documentation for Salesforce.com users, and train end-users.
• Create and document testing strategy and coordinate test execution.
• Deliver informative, well-organized demos to business teams.
• Suggest process improvements and support continuous innovation.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues.
