Senior SailPoint Test Analyst - 1+ year contract
UK/Brussels/Netherlands/France - Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Senior SailPoint Test Analyst to strengthen our Identity and Access Management (IDAM) capability within the wider Cyber Security function. This team plays a critical role in safeguarding access to systems and data, ensuring compliance, and enabling secure business operations.

In this role, you will take ownership of testing activities across SailPoint and other Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to make sure systems are robust, secure, and aligned with requirements. From test planning to execution and reporting, you will be central to ensuring solutions are delivered with quality and reliability at the core.

What you’ll do

• Shape and deliver testing strategies for IAM initiatives, ensuring thorough coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and scenarios tailored to complex access management solutions.
• Run and oversee end-to-end testing activities, including system, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate within an Agile delivery team, contributing to ceremonies and providing visibility on test progress, risks, and results.
• Support user acceptance testing and act as a trusted advisor on quality assurance best practices.
• Manage test environments and data, ensuring stable conditions for reliable test execution.
• Identify and explore opportunities for automation, working alongside engineers to enhance efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in testing SailPoint and wider Logical Access Management solutions
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and tools.
• Experience applying structured test methodologies and practices (STLC).
• Ability to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
• Hands-on experience with test tools and exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proactive, independent, and able to drive quality outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience testing SailPoint integrations with mainframe security (e.g., RACF).
• ISTQB or other software testing certifications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps) and version control systems.
• Previous involvement in test automation initiatives.

This role involves 8 days per month onsite in one of the office locations: London, Amsterdam, Paris or Brussels.
