Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to strengthen the GET Maintenance & Reliability team at the Geel site. The role focuses on improving asset performance, reducing risk, and implementing long-term reliability strategies in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will lead investigations, analyze data, and drive maintenance optimization across APIs production. Strong collaboration, Dutch and English fluency, and 5+ years in reliability/maintenance roles are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline, or equivalent qualifications with strong technical foundation.
• Minimum of 5 years in Reliability/Maintenance/Asset management in GMP-regulated environments a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Solid understanding of reliability engineering, maintenance optimization and asset lifecycle management; RCA, FMEA, RCM and predictive maintenance know-how.
• Excellent collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo) with knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/Python as an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and facilitate complex equipment failure investigations to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Analyze maintenance, operations, and process data to identify reliability trends and opportunities for asset improvement.
• Drive optimization of preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance programs to improve availability and lifecycle performance.
• Develop and implement technical improvement initiatives and represent the team in cross-functional projects.
