Job summary

NVISO is seeking a Senior Red Teamer to join its European security team. The role focuses on conducting targeted red, red/purple, and TIBER/TLPT exercises, emulating attacker techniques across the kill chain, and delivering tailored security improvement guidance to diverse clients.

Expertise in payload crafting, C/C++-based tooling, and conformance with adversary emulation frameworks is essential. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with stakeholders, contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• Citizenship in a NATO member state is required.
• 2+ years of experience executing red team engagements.
• Knowledge of the Unified Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, and adversary emulation.
• Certifications such as CRTP/CRTE/PACES/CRTO/OSEP/OSCE strengthen candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Execute target-driven engagements from non-stealth red teams to red/purple teaming and TIBER/TLPT exercises.
• Reproduce engagements from recon to action on objectives; emulate TTPs across the kill chain.
• Provide tailored security improvement recommendations for client organizations.
• Bridge technical and non-technical communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct R&D to improve tradecraft and methodology.
• Craft payloads, execute phishing, perform physical or social engineering, and test critical systems in production environments.
