Everience is seeking a Senior React Developer to join an Agile squad and help design, build, and maintain innovative digital solutions for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with analysts, testers, developers and product stakeholders, contribute to backend work with Java and Spring when required, and apply TDD, clean code and SOLID principles to deliver scalable frontend systems.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven track record delivering applications in Agile environments.
• Strong JavaScript and React skills; Scrum experience.
• Solid knowledge of Git; experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and refactoring.
• Pair programming experience.

You will join the CCE-E (Channels & Customer Experience for Enterprises) tribe, which serves as the primary digital entry point for corporate clients. The tribe has end-to-end responsibility for the bank's digital channels, including web and mobile applications dedicated to enterprise customers.

Working within multidisciplinary Agile squads, you will collaborate with both business and IT professionals to design, build, and maintain innovative digital solutions.

This is a long-term opportunity within a stable environment, where the team is looking to strengthen its capabilities and establish a lasting collaboration following an initial onboarding period.

Your Role:

As a Senior React Developer, you will join an Agile squad composed of both internal and external team members and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design, build and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable applications.
• Develop primarily front-end solutions using React.
• Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Framework when required.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, testers, developers, and product stakeholders.
• Integrate applications with external APIs and data sources.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Apply software development best practices and coding standards.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs.
• Participate in DevOps-related activities within the squad.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (Core JS)
• Practical experience working in Scrum teams.
• Proven experience with React
• Solid knowledge of Git
• Experience with:
