Prothya Biosolutions in Brussels seeks a Senior Laboratory Coordinator to support R&D laboratory activities and ensure effective facilities management. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, maintaining laboratory readiness, and providing process expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar or comparable role in pharmaceutical or biotechnology.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and improve laboratory facilities in line with company strategy and legal EHS rules.
• Define and manage R&D master plans for maintenance and equipment readiness.
• Ensure maintenance, calibration, and qualification of laboratory equipment.

Connaissances

Organizational skills

Communication skills in French and/or Dutch and English

Proficiency in MS Office

Analytical mindset

Experience in lean and 5S

Formation

Bachelor's or Master's in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences
