Barré SA in Wavre is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the QA/QC system for manufacturing clean piping networks and high-purity equipment across biopharma and related sectors.

You will manage the QMS, coordinate supplier audits, and oversee a team of 3–10 people, ensuring documentation and quality control for both production and installations. Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, electromechanical, mechanical or industrial quality engineering with QA exposure.
• Experience in QA/QC for high-purity sectors (Biopharma, Biotech, Cosmetics, Nuclear Medicine).
• ISO9001 expertise; VCA knowledge a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage the QMS and related documentation.
• Support Safety management system.
• Lead a team of 3–10 people.
• Coordinate project QA-QC activities and audits.
• Oversee supplier audits, instruments and training, follow-up actions.
• Drive deviation management and root cause analysis.
• Oversee quality control for incoming goods and finished products.
• Ensure quality documentation for manufactured products.
