Madello Consulting is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our global talent network. The role focuses on designing, developing, and executing test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability, with hands-on work in Selenium, Java, and manual testing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse requirements, identify defects, and drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, and manual testing.
• Experience with test automation frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, BDD, or similar).
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Review and validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify defects, document issues clearly, and track resolutions.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and quality standards.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and ensure timely delivery within Agile environments.
• Maintain test documentation, test results, and reports with complete accuracy.
• Mentor junior testers and support team knowledge development.
