Everience, an international consulting group delivering AI-augmented digital services, seeks a Senior Python Developer to design backend services for asset onboarding, contracts and market operations. You will develop APIs and data pipelines, integrate with messaging systems for real-time ingestion, and work with PostgreSQL and AWS (RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS, Docker).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Python development experience.
• PostgreSQL design, performance tuning, time-series handling.
• Experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, IAM, ECS, Docker).
• Understanding of energy trading concepts (position management, day-ahead/intraday, ancillary services).
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines and streaming, and system integration paradigms.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and collaborative delivery environments.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement backend services in Python for asset onboarding, contracts, and market operations.
• Develop APIs and data pipelines to connect components with the data hub and storage systems.
• Build integration with messaging systems (MQTT, RabbitMQ) for real-time data ingestion.
• Work with PostgreSQL for relational and time-series data modelling, optimization, and integrity.
• Leverage AWS services (RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS and Docker).
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into scalable software features.
• Contribute to agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and team coordination.
