Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer projects from initiation to completion within the Systems & Payment unit. You will drive scoping, planning and execution, coordinating with Product Management, Engineering and Sales to meet customer and business goals.

You will report to the Director of Product Management and help ensure on-time delivery, quality and customer satisfaction across multiple programs while aligning with DFS standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management, or in a related role supporting technology products and/or services.
• Project management certifications are preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies (SAFe), tools, and reporting practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to groups and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Dutch, French and German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer projects from initiation through completion across our Systems & Payment business unit.
• Manage new or existing programs and projects for new or existing clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, status reports, and other core project documentation.
• Communicate project status, accomplishments, issues, dependencies, and risks effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive project scoping, governance, process discipline and accountability throughout planning, execution, monitoring and project closure.
