Vector Synergy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead NATO Power BI projects in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves coordinating work packages, developing project plans, and engaging with NATO stakeholders and user communities to ensure delivery on schedule.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience with governance processes, Power BI data visualization, and tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint and Teams, to manage complex programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing project plans, schedules, milestone plans, risk and issue registers, action logs, decision logs, progress reports, governance papers and senior‑level briefings.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior stakeholders, customers, technical teams and multinational user communities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, structure complex activities and drive delivery against deadlines.

• Leading and coordinating NATO Power BI projects, work packages and delivery activities.
• Developing, maintaining and controlling project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
