Job summary

NCI Agency seeks a Senior Project Manager for NATO-related IT projects in a high-security environment. You will plan, manage and deliver complex C4ISR-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with NATO regulations and agency policies.

Strong leadership and stakeholder communication are essential. Requirements include an active NATO SECRET clearance, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent extensive experience), and formal PM qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with at least 3 years post-related experience; or 10 years of progressive relevant expertise.
• Formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP; relevant practical experience can compensate.
• At least three years of recent project management experience in a large-scale IT organization.
• Experience in planning, design, system engineering and implementation for C4ISR systems.
• Knowledge of Deployable CIS networks and related standards.
• Strong oral and written communication and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage assigned NATO projects per regulations and agency policies.
• Develop business case, procurement strategy, benefits and risk analyses to secure funding.
• Execute management, coordination and QA functions for successful delivery.
• Understand client requirements, collect data, deliver analysis and resolve issues.
• Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality tolerances and report progress.
