Job summary

EMW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead NATO-related IT projects in Belgium. The role is on-site in Braine-l’Alleud and requires NATO SECRET clearance, a university degree and several years of PM experience. You will drive planning, budgeting, risk and stakeholder coordination across project teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include developing business cases, ensuring governance, and delivering within scope, time and cost targets. Travel to NCIA sites may be required.

Qualifications

• NATO Secret security clearance is required.
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years post-related experience is required; alternative is 10 years of related experience.
• Formal Project Management certification (PRINCE2 PMP) is preferred.
• Recent extensive Project Management experience in large IT environments is required.
• Experience with planning, design, system engineering and C4ISR related projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage assigned projects per NATO regulations and NCI Agency policies.
• Develop business cases, procurement strategies and risk analyses.
• Execute management, coordination and QA activities for delivery of capabilities.
• Capture client requirements, analyse data and resolve issues.
• Deliver projects within scope, time, cost and quality tolerances and report progress.
• Allocate resources and manage KPIs, risks and mitigations.
• Forecast cash flow and support multi-year business planning.
