Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of finance initiatives, including process improvements, digital transformations, and ERP deployments. You will drive delivery excellence across P2P, O2C, R2R, and Treasury within SAP S/4HANA environments.

You will coordinate vendors and SI partners, mentor teams, and maintain governance while ensuring business adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT and business projects.
• Finance processes knowledge including P2P, O2C, R2R, and Treasury.
• Solid SAP S/4HANA experience and finance transformation exposure.
• Vendor management and coordination of system integrators.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple projects across the finance portfolio, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource plans, and governance documentation.
• Facilitate decision-making and drive alignment across finance leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Manage end-to-end cutover planning, deployment coordination, and go-live governance for large-scale initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while managing formal change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with established PMO standards, stage gate requirements, and delivery frameworks.

Our client, a leading international organization in the automotive sector, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their finance portfolio team. This role involves leading a diverse range of finance-related initiatives, including business process improvements, digital transformations, and large-scale ERP implementations. The position requires a combination of delivery expertise and a solid understanding of finance operations to ensure successful execution and business adoption.

• You have extensive experience working within SAP environments, specifically SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• You bring demonstrated expertise in vendor management and the coordination of system integrators.
• You possess proven experience managing deployment, cutover, and go-live activities for large-scale transformations.
• You're recognized for excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex environments.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You are fluent in English.
