Amaris Consulting is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong SharePoint expertise to support digital transformation and document management projects.

You will work at the intersection of business, IT, and information governance to define and implement efficient document management solutions.

The role requires 7+ years as a BA, BPMN modeling, governance, and strong stakeholder collaboration; French and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and governance.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 is a strong plus.
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluent/native French and English is a plus.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and business-value minded.

• Analyze current document management practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Analyze and model AS-IS and TO-BE business processes using BPMN.
• Define target information structures and document management practices in SharePoint Online.
• Contribute to information and document governance, including classification, metadata, permissions, and quality.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and support user adoption.
• Analyze user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support and guide a junior Business Analyst.

? Your Profile:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital transformation, document management, or Information Management projects.
• Strong expertise in Business Analysis and functional requirements gathering.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint / SharePoint Online, particularly document management, metadata, permissions, and governance.
• Experience with business process modeling; BPMN 2.0 is a strong plus.
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Fluent/native French and English is a plus.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable challenging requirements with a business-value mindset.
