What will you do?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of ERP implementation projects from planning through execution and rollout. You have solid experience in ERP delivery and know how to balance the interests of business and IT.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating business strategy into a realistic ERP project roadmap.
• Managing vendors and ensuring they deliver to agreed scope, timelines, and quality.
• Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and optimize processes.
• Overseeing system integration with key platforms (CRM, e-commerce, POS, …).
• Ensuring business needs are translated into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitoring risks, dependencies, and issues, and resolving them pragmatically.
• Reporting progress to steering committees and executive stakeholders.
• Driving change management and ensuring user adoption.

• Proven experience leading ERP implementation projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of both business processes and IT systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, …).
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including vendor management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• A hands-on, pragmatic mindset with a passion for creating real business value.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in consulting or complex client environments.
