Waterleau is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multiple projects in Wespelaar and across functions. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, keeping projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

You will drive plans, monitor progress, manage risks and report to stakeholders, while ensuring governance compliance and continuous improvement of PM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Strong budgeting, planning and risk-management capabilities.
• Ability to communicate confidently with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
• Professional English, plus Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish, including scope, planning, budget, timeline, quality and risk.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and resource forecasts, closely monitoring progress and reporting on project status.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations early and driving corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers, resolving dependencies and removing blockers.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with internal governance, quality standards and applicable regulations.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management practices.
