In4Matic is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to own strategic BI and Data Analytics initiatives within a large enterprise environment. You will lead end-to-end BI projects, data migrations and governance, coordinating business stakeholders, IT, architects and external partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior BI Project Management with hands-on expertise.
• 5+ years in Data & Analytics project delivery.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Cloud and Data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with BI/reporting platforms and end-to-end BI/Data Platform architectures.
• Experience with RayFin and Copilot in a Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Strong analytical skills including use cases, scenarios, process analysis, reporting and problem resolution.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating a BI Center of Excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to engage large BI communities.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; willing to work on-site in Brussels at least 2 days/week.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Translate business objectives into project scopes, roadmaps and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, quality and scope changes.
• Lead project meetings, steering committees and stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Act as the liaison between Business, IT and partners.
• Lead BI projects involving Power BI, Fabric and related BI landscape.
• Coordinate BI migration and transformation to modern data platforms.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers on dependencies.
• Ensure architecture, security, governance and quality requirements.
• Support BI Center of Excellence with best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Take end-to-end delivery ownership and hands-on contribution when needed.
