Nalys is seeking a Senior Deputy Project Manager to join a large-scale industrial transformation project. You will partner with the Project Manager to safeguard cost, schedule, quality and risk across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Based on-site, you will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, ensure technical consistency, embed HSE and regulatory requirements, and drive the project toward successful handover to operations with a strong governance focus.

As a Senior Deputy Project Manager, you will join a large-scale industrial transformation project run by a leading industrial group, as part of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) scale-up initiative moving from pilot to full production scale.
Acting as a true Project Partner alongside the Project Manager, you will help safeguard project performance in terms of cost, schedule, quality and risk.
Your role sits across governance, planning and cross-disciplinary coordination, giving project leadership a reliable, consolidated and forward-looking view of progress — from detailed design all the way through to commissioning.
We're looking for someone with strong technical judgment, solid multi-stakeholder coordination skills, and a structured, field-oriented mindset to help drive this project to a successful completion.
