Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of medium-scale acquisition and development projects for a large organization. You will define, plan and drive outcomes across functional teams in an international environment.

The role requires strong PM tool proficiency, cost and labour management, and formal PM qualifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP. You will lead diverse teams and implement PM methods to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, with experience in C4ISR

Qualifications

• Recent experience in project management of acquisition and development projects.
• Experience with PM tools, cost and labour management.
• Leading cross-functional teams, preferably in international environment.
• Formal PM qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Experience in C4ISR acquisition projects.
• Familiarity with NATO or governmental procurement policies.

Description du poste

• Recent experience (at least 3 years) in Project management of acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization;
• Strong experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour;
• Relevant experience in leading a cross functional team, preferably in international environment.
• A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP;
• Proven success as a project team manager/leader in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) acquisition projects;
• Project Management automation (ServiceNow (SNOW)) and work collaboration tools experience;
• Knowledge of NATO or national governmental acquisition policy and procurement procedures.

Duties/role:

• Taking full responsibility for defining, planning, facilitating and successfully completing medium-scale projects;
• Providing effective leadership to the project team;
• Adopting appropriate project management methods and tools.
