• At least 3 years of project management in a large IT organization with high investments.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in public sector or international orgs.
• Knowledge of modern approaches and technologies (Agile, change management, BPM, cloud, data science, cybersecurity).

Description du poste

• Recent extensive Project Management experience (at least thre e years) in a large scale IT organization involving high investments;
• Experience in large digital transformation initiatives within the public sector or international organizations;
• Knowledge and experience in modern approaches and technologies relevant to the work, e.g., Agile methodologies, change management, business process modelling, cloud computing, data science, cybersecurity, etc.
• Practical knowledge and experience with Portfolio and Programme Management and associated best practices ( e.g . MoP , MSP) .

• Implementing assigned projects ;
• Managing assigned projects in accordance with NATO regulations and NCI Agency project management policies and procedures.
