Position

Senior Project Leader Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Managing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects.
• Defining project structure, approach, scenarios, planning, budget and delivery roadmap.
• Building and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Monitoring timelines, budget, scope, risks, issues and quality.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring clear reporting on project progress, blockers and decisions.
• Facilitating communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Stimulating, coordinating and coaching project contributors.
• Applying project management methodologies in a structured and pragmatic way.
• Working with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Supporting projects involving infrastructure, cloud, network, security, virtualization and containerization environments.

Required Skills

You have the following skills

• Senior experience as an IT Project Manager / Project Leader.
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure project management.
• Hands‑on and autonomous project delivery mindset.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent command of ITIL and Prince2.
• Expert-level experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Good understanding of infrastructure topics such as:
  • LAN/WAN and cloud networking
  • Virtualization and containerization
  • VMware, Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift
  • Security infrastructure and best practices
  • SLA management
  • DevOps environments
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Databases
• Excellent communication, writing, negotiation and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in public sector, healthcare, social security or G‑Cloud environments is a strong plus.
• Active knowledge of French, Dutch and English.

About You

• You have at least 7 years of professional experiences in IT.
• If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG/NL it’s best.
• You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious.
