ENGIBEX in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple end-to-end projects within the engineering consultancy field. Projects range from small initiatives to large-scale efforts up to several million euros, spanning production facilities, infrastructure, and R&D.

You will oversee scope, deliverables, budgets, and scheduling, assemble and guide a project team, and manage client communications throughout the lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of end-to-end project management experience.
• Completed at least 5 projects as PM (100K-2.5M).
• Knowledge of PM practices and methodologies.
• Experience with MS Project or equivalent planning software.
• Technical background in engineering.
• Broad knowledge across disciplines: Mechanics, electricity, piping, Civil, etc.
• Experience in the process industry.
• Analytical with a helicopter view.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope in consultation with the client.
• Define deliverables and success criteria.
• Define budget, planning, and constraints.
• Assemble and lead the project team.
• Oversee the technical design of the entire project.
• Prepare specifications and tender documents.
• Select orders, engineering firms, and contractors.
• Direct and monitor internal and external resources.
• Maintain client contact and implement scope changes.
• Report to stakeholders.
