Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field.
• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, CRO or related Healthcare industry.
• Experience in pharmaceutical development and PM in R&D.
• Clinical research operational knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Translate CDT strategy into a Compound Development Plan (CDP).
• Lead the PMT sub team across functions to execute the program plan.
• Establish, monitor, and refine program scope, timelines, and budget with cross-functional partners.
• Apply PM methodologies and surface risks for governance review.
• Manage program changes and drive issue mitigation to stay on track.
