Flosum, a Salesforce-native DevOps and data protection platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager who can own the product roadmap and shape new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will work closely with the CEO and engineering leadership to drive AI-powered DevOps capabilities, governance, and secure data lifecycle management for Fortune 100 customers. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role at Flosum.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with focus on Salesforce or adjacent platforms.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce platforms: metadata, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, security models, and ISV ecosystem.
• Proven track record shipping enterprise products, not just features, with Fortune 100 customers.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive a multi-year product roadmap across five product lines.
• Identify whitespace and create new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Translate Salesforce platform knowledge into premium product capabilities.
• Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination with engineering.
• Define and track KPIs: adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and win rates.
