Cochlear’s fitting and programming software is a critical clinical platform used by audiologists worldwide to configure and optimise outcomes for cochlear implant recipients. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of this software platform, delivering measurable value for clinicians and patients globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in cochlear implant audiology, fitting/programming.
• Experience with health technology or clinical software.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy, roadmap decisions, discovery, and outcome accountability for the fitting platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor adoption, customer satisfaction, clinical efficiency, and outcomes.
• Define readiness criteria for launches.
