Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment within food ingredients/flavors, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
• Experience managing and leading technical teams in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Product Industrialization team as a hands-on manager, balancing people leadership with project involvement.
• Drive product industrialization from concept to commercialization, including recipe reviews, pilot trials, scale-up activities, and first production batches.
• Serve as a technical expert and project leader, guiding site-level technical and process improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement by leading post-launch reviews and optimizing quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Creators and R&D to optimize formulations and ensure Design for Manufacturing.
